Booking & cancellation policies

Please read this policy before booking any appointments at Microblading by tammy by Tammy to make sure you fully understand. The reason for this policy is that we remain very booked for all services, with some clients waiting many months to be seen. While we are ever so grateful for our wonderful clients, timely and efficient service is a must for us to provide outstanding customer service. If you fail to comply with these policies we are unable to service everyone in a fair and efficient way. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and these policies exist to give all clients the absolute best experience possible.  We are so thankful for your business and welcome any inquiries about this policy!

MICROBLADING BY TAMMY by Tammy accept with CASH, and transfer over with Zelle, vemmo, , apple pay.

All appointments require deposit on all services booking deposit to book. after you book the services you like, Tammy will contact you via text to have an consultation with you before then you can send deposit.


deposit none- refundable you have 6 months salon credit to reschedule a new appointment.

This booking deposit goes toward your service, Your appointment is not booked until you have sent your deposit.  Please review our cancellation policy below prior to booking.

Please check to book and reschedule the policy before booking an appointment to avoid losing your deposit.

2 months ahead of time need to send a 50% deposit and give a 15-day notice if you want to reschedule your appointment. Without losing the deposit.

Clients who book 

1 month ahead of time will be required a 50% deposit and give a 10-day notice if you need to reschedule. Without losing the deposit 

Clients booking 2 weeks ahead will be required a $200 deposit and give 7 days notice to reschedule. Without losing the deposit.

Clients booking within a week will be required a $150 deposit and if you cancel your appointment you will lose your deposit.

All touch-ups for existing clients must be done between 6-8 weeks after your first-time appointment. The fee must be paid in full when you book this appointment and must give 10 days’ notice if you would need to reschedule.

If you are sick and can’t make it to your appointment, I will need a Dr. note or you will lose your deposit.

Please be courteous with my time as I am with yours and make it to your appointment as scheduled.

TRAINING CANCELLATION POLICY.

Please read this before you sign up for training, all of the deposits are not refundable after you sign up and choose your training date. You have to deposit $1,0000 dollars when you sign up for the training, the rest of the fee has to be paid 3 days before the training date. if you want to cancel or reschedule, you need to give microbladingbytammy 14 days before the training day.  You will join future training when microblading by tammy with  no problem . Your  deposit will  be active for 6 months after the day you have signed up.

YOU HAVE 6 MONTHS CREDIT TO JOIN ANOTHER TRAINING DATES.

There will be no exceptions to this policy. By booking your appointment with Microblading by Tammy, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the Cancellation Policy.
